When will my business be visible?
Your internal calendar works from the first minute. Our team reviews every sign-up and publishes it within 24 working hours; we email you your booking link and QR code.
How do my clients book?
From your Belleceo page, on the web or in the app, where they find you by city and service. And from your link or your QR code, which you can put on Instagram, WhatsApp, Google or at the counter.
Does it send reminders to my clients?
Yes, automatically by email and push notification, the day before and on the day of the appointment. That cuts no-shows without you having to message anyone.
Do I have to enter all my services by hand?
Adding a service takes a minute: name, price and duration. If you have many, send us your list from Support and we will load them for you.
Can I manage it from my phone?
Yes. There is the Belleceo Pro app to run your calendar from your phone and the web dashboard for your computer, and you can sync appointments to your phone calendar.
Can I use it if I already use another booking app?
Yes. You can keep your current system and share your Belleceo link with your regular clients while you compare for a few weeks.
