Delete your account

You can request the deletion of your Belleceo account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it, what happens after you request it, and what data is retained.
How to request deletion
Log in to the app or the website and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, or use the button above if you are already signed in.
If you cannot log in, email us from your registered address at privacy@belleceo.com requesting your account be deleted.
What happens next
Your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time you can cancel the request by logging back in and selecting "Cancel deletion".
After 30 days, your account and personal data are permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone, photo), saved addresses, favorites, loyalty history, communication preferences, and content you posted (reviews, messages on your appointments).
What is retained
Certain booking and billing records may be kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. See our Privacy Policy for details.
